The Competition
As part of NAB’s Silver Ribbon Campaign, race Raelene in her bid to help raise money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation as they strive to develop an early detection test for ovarian cancer! This August and September you can pit your fundraising skills against Raelene’s on your own or as a team. A $10,000 NAB smart everyday bank account will be rewarded to the individual or team who raises the highest amount of money. There is no limit to what can be achieved, so give your all to help the OCRF develop and simple test that could save the lives of thousands of women and race Raelene to $10,000!
It’s all made possible by Everyday Hero, who provide you with the opportunity to create your very own personalised online fundraising page. Once you’re registered and your page is complete, you can approach your supporters by emailing them the unique link of your web page. Your supporters can then reward your OCRF fundraising efforts via an online donation. Each donation is recorded on your page along with messages of support from your donors. Donations go straight to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, the funds are not held by NAB or by the individual fundraisers.
Note that if you are fundraising in Victoria and think you may raise more than $10,000, you need to get a fundraising license of your very own through Consumer Affairs Victoria. You’ll find all the information you need to apply here.
